DHL Collective bargaining breakthrough in Panama

The Panamanian union SIELAS, reports that with the help of ITF and UNI and the great effort by the SIELAS negotiating team, they have achieved success by completing the collective bargaining agreement between SIELAS and DHL AIR EXPRESS PANAMA SA.

Hundreds of DHL jobs at risk in the north of England

Workers based at a distribution centre operated by DHL in Runcorn were informed this week that all business would be removed from the site, putting 600 jobs at risk. In an announcement on 8 June, UK home improvement and garden centre retailer B&Q confirmed that, following a review of its logistics network, it would no longer be using the DHL supply depot at the Preston Brook site.
